Quadruplex Electrical Remodel & 400A Service Upgrade
A full-scale electrical upgrade for a century-old multifamily property with future ADU readiness.
This 100-year-old quadruplex, consisting of two duplexes, required a complete electrical remodel. We upgraded each unit from old 50-amp sub-panels to modern 100-amp panels, added 6-8 circuits per unit for modern convenience, and consolidated two 100-amp main panels into one robust 400-amp service panel.
All work was fully permitted and inspected by LADWP and the City of Los Angeles. The scope included trenching for new conduit runs and careful coordination to minimize disruption. The project was completed in a few weeks, ensuring safety, code compliance, and long-term reliability.
